Fast-Growing Company Expands Research Capabilities

Herndon, VA – accelHRate announced today that Nicholas Forde has been selected to head the company’s research function. Nicholas’s background includes over 15 years of experience in the industry, with extensive knowledge of the human capital function. He served as a Researcher and Global Knowledge Manager for the Human Resources Center of Expertise (HR COE) at Korn Ferry, supporting practice initiatives to increase revenue and identify candidates. Nicholas also spent time with CTPartners, assisting the Global Human Resources and Global Life Sciences practices as a Senior Research Associate.

Nicholas joins accelHRate as the Research Manager to further expand accelHRate’s comprehensive market map, which is one of the company’s core competencies. Nick said, “Research is a critical part of the executive search process. Through a robust research function, we ensures that we are covering the market for all of our clients.
