The FS leadership team is delighted to announce the appointment of Courtney Damon as our new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
Courtney Damon joins Formulated Solutions with an impressive 25 years of experience in driving talent strategy, including leading human resources organizations and serving as a strategic business partner to the companies she has worked with. In her new role at Formulated Solutions, Courtney will be responsible for developing and executing our human resource strategy in alignment with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Specifically, she will focus on employee retention, succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.
Courtney’s background is diverse and filled with a range of exceptional experiences. She began her career at Schneider Electric, where she held progressive Human Resources roles, including Training & Development and Program Management. Throughout her tenure in local, regional, and global positions, she successfully drove improvements in engagement, alignment, and communication, while also leading HR M&A activities.
Following her time at Schneider Electric, Courtney served as the head of Human Resources at Wencor, an aerospace distribution, service, and PMA company, and at FXI, a comfort solution manufacturer. In both organizations, she developed and implemented talent strategies that directly contributed to business value. She also focused on creating a metric-focused HR organization and fostering an overall value-driven culture, emphasizing teamwork, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Miami University and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Vanderbilt University.
